Meet the Founders

LUCA DE FELICE

Chief Creative Officer

De Felice was born in Torino, Italy. At the age of 18, he began as an apprentice for some of the most well-respected contemporary artists, including Mario Schifano, Enzo Cucchi, Sandro Chia, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Ettore Spalletti, David Hammons and Joseph Kosuth. After honing his painting and sculpture skills, he began collaborating with curators Achille Bonito Oliva, Teresa Macrì and Giacinto di Pietrantonio. His passion shifted to holistic interiors and digital art. De Felice embarked on a professional career with Design 2000, an interior design pioneer. From there he joined Manodopera which specialized in high-end, custom interior installations. In 2020, he founded Simposio in Milan and has expanded with offices in Rome, New York, and Miami.

PIERPAOLO MARTIRADONNA

Chief Executive Officer

Martiradonna, a native-born Italian, has amassed 18 years of work experience in the United States in architecture, project management, construction administration, and client representation. His passion stems from ensuring beautiful design marries the efficiency of installation. He founded Sinfonia Group in 2011 in New York which focuses on architecture, construction management, and owner representation. His client list includes high-end retail clients such as Dolce and Gabanna, Giorgio Armani, Moncler, and Stone Island. He has worked on several artist studio projects including Simone Leigh, Angelo Otero, and Rashid Johnson. Martiradonna designed Leigh’s Pavillion for the 2022 Venice Biennale. Pierpaolo was educated at the Faculty of Architecture of Bari, Italy, and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation (GSAPP) in New York.

SILVIA LIBIANCHI

Chief Marketing Officer

Libianchi, a Rome native, began her professional career with the Made in Italy foundation established by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and for the Culture Department of Rome Municipality. She led marketing and press initiatives for international exhibitions relating to Italian contemporary art and design. Thereafter she entered the field of architecture, decoration, and craftsmanship when she founded Manodopera, a company dedicated to special decoration, creation of art objects, and custom furniture. The company expanded rapidly with clientele in Italy, Spain, France, England, United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Libianchi was educated at the Sapienza University of Rome, with a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communication.

ANDREA TOMAIN

Chief Financial Officer

Tomain, a Venice native, is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and operator across numerous verticals. He has founded several companies including Brenta Imperial, a company that specializes in carpentry and custom furniture for luxury interiors, 3E60, which specializes in entertainment, sporting events, and playground design, and Elettrosystem, which supplies high-end security and electrical systems. Tomain’s expertise lies in business administration, finance, auditing, corporate tax planning, and private equity. His ability to identify business opportunities that can scale and reach profitability quickly has been proven throughout his career.  Tomain graduated from Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia with a degree in Economics.
